Mobile Conveying Services – Burpengary QLDThis role best suits applicantswho are well organized,canmulti-task, and work under pressure.Reporting to the Workshop Manager, you will be required to complete a variety of tasks to assist the maintenance department, including but not limited to:Working with Workshop Manager to schedule day-to-day activities for Mechanical departmentCoordinate preventative & Corrective Maintenance work through MexMaintain accurate asset records and maintenance historiesCheck/verify prestart's and hour meter readings of assetsCreating, reviewing, and issuing maintenance and repair jobs from MEX requests/prestartsAssist in parts orderingUtilize Microsoft and other programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint)



for data entering and orderingFollow and understand company procedures and processes relevant to the positionTo be considered for the role, you will possess the following skills/attributes:Familiarity with CMMS (Preferable MEX)Experience of working in an officeCompetence in the use of Microsoft Office suitesBasic Mechanical/Parts knowledge/UnderstandingFriendly with a positive, outgoing & "can-do" attitudeExceptional attention to detail and organizational skillsWillingness to learn and follow instructionsDemonstrate a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
