You'll support daily kitchen operations, help deliver fresh, flavour-forward dishes, and contribute to a collaborative, inclusive environment.About the RoleAs Chef de Partie, you will oversee the daily operations of your section, ensuring exceptional food quality, smooth service flow, and strong team coordination across all meal periods.
You'll support the Head Chef in maintaining operational standards and delivering memorable guest experiences, while fostering a positive and professional kitchen environment.You will supervise Commis Chefs, Cooks, and Kitchen Attendants, acting as a hands‐on leader and role model within the team.
This is a fulltime position, and covering Breakfast shifts mostly - therefore AM availability is a must.Reporting to the Head Chef, you will:Oversee daily operations of your section,
