Lead the growth, operations and performance of a regional holiday accommodation portfolio.We are seeking a commercially driven Holiday Manager – Growth & Operations to lead a regional business unit for an established accommodation group.This autonomous leadership role combines business development, property performance, operations, team leadership and stakeholder management.The RoleYou will take ownership of the region's performance, with responsibilities include:Grow the holiday property portfolio and secure new management agreementsBuild and retain strong relationships with property ownersDrive revenue, pricing and overall portfolio performanceLead and develop the local operations teamMaintain exceptional property and operational standardsDeliver outstanding guest experiences and resolve escalationsManage local suppliers, trades and operating costsIdentify new partnerships and additional revenue opportunitiesBuild strong relationships across the local tourism and business communityMonitor commercial performance,
