Working directly with the specialist, you will take ownership of the day-to-day administrative functions of the practice, ensuring seamless patient coordination, efficient scheduling, and exceptional quality of care.This full/part-time position (ideally four and a half days per week) offers high autonomy, variety, and the opportunity to become an integral member of a close-knit, dedicated specialist practice.Key ResponsibilitiesProviding direct PA support to the surgeonManaging appointments and complex surgical schedulesCoordinating patient consultations, procedures,



and follow-upsLiaising with patients, GPs, hospitals, and specialistsTranscribing and dispatching medical correspondence and reportsProcessing patient billing and health fund claims via EclipseMaintaining accurate and confidential patient recordsAbout YouPrior experience as a medical PA, specialist secretary, or senior medical administratorDemonstrated accuracy in medical transcription and correspondenceStrong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize competing demandsHigh proficiency with practice management software (Gentu preferred) and Eclipse billingExcellent communication skills and a compassionate, skilled mannerAbility to work autonomously and anticipate daily practice needsWork Type & ApplicationPosition: Full or Part-time (ideally 4 or 4.5 days per week).
