The successful candidate will lead a very small team (2 to 3) and run front of house operations for Haiku Kuro, a night time izakaya serving Japanese food with cocktails, imported drinks, a small selection of sake and Japanese drinks.
Key responsibilities
Roster each week and organise according to bookings with consideration of labour costSupport and curate drinks menu seasonally with existing bar tenderProvide hospitality and create an energy and vibeOperate a booking system and manage any booking requestsDrink stock rotation and organisation with day time cafe
