Mackie Electric & Refrigeration are seeking a motivated individual with a positive attitude and an ability to work well independently and within a team for an immediate start in our Administration Departments as a Service Co-ordinator in Port MacquarieThis person will be responsible for tending to incoming phone calls and emails, accepting deliveries from suppliers/couriers, organising parts/equipment for our field staffs, daily scheduling of jobs, and controlling the Port Macquarie warehouse and inventory on top of regular and wide-ranging office administration roles required to support our busy organisation and assist our head office with overflow enquiries.You would also be responsible for the appearance and cleanliness of our showroom & the person to greet our clients as they enter and discuss various products with them in the showroom before possibly arranging for a more comprehensive on-site quotation with one of our sales consultants.The person we are looking for will be outgoing, friendly and customer focused who is driven to succeed in this role.Qualifications & Experience:Sound computer knowledge and skillsBe Reliable and honestPreferred Co-ordinating experienceThis is a full-time position, 8.00am – 4.30pm, Monday to Friday at our Port Macquarie Office.
