Specifically,



this will include:Project responsibilitiesStrong management of stakeholders throughout the delivery of projectsActive day to day management of time, cost and quality attributesAdministration of construction and consultant contractsPreparation of reports and other governance documentsAssist in preparing tenders and other business development activitiesThis will be a full time office-based role in Wollongong.ABOUT THE CANDIDATEThe candidate will ideally have the following attributes:Will embody the ethos of Honesty, Integrity and ReliabilityBachelor's degree in project management, construction management, engineering, construction management, architecture, or similar.Client-side experience delivering building or civil infrastructure projects is preferred, but not essential.Strong attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsMaintains a positive 'can do' attitudeAbility to work well in team and follow instructions as requiredAbility to manage and prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlinesDrivers licenceAustralian citizen, or permanent resident of Australia
