Description
Managing a portfolio of approximately 20 SME clientsEnd-to-end bookkeeping using XeroBank, credit card and balance sheet reconciliationsAccounts payable and accounts receivable managementMonth-end processing and reportingPreparation of management reports including P&L;, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow reportsProcessing payroll across multiple businessesManaging employee onboarding, leave, terminations and final paysSTP reporting,



superannuation and statutory compliance obligationsPreparing and lodging TPAR reports
Profile
Proven experience in bookkeeping within the professional services industry.Strong knowledge of accounting software and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Familiarity with BAS, GST, and payroll compliance.Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in financial reporting.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.Excellent communication skills to liaise with team members and stakeholders.
