Dribond Construction Chemicals Sdn Bhd – Wetherill Park NSWDribond Construction Chemicals is seeking a reliable, hardworking, and physically capable Factory Operator to join our production team on a full-time basis at our Wetherill Park facility.This is a hands‐on, physically demanding role in a fast‐paced manufacturing setting, where you'll be actively involved in the day‐to‐day production and factory operations.
If you enjoy working with your hands, staying busy, and being part of a tight‐knit team, this could be the role for you.Key Responsibilities:Assisting with daily manufacturing and batching processesLifting and handling heavy materials and products safelyAccurately picking, packing,



and labeling ordersMaintaining cleanliness and organisation of the factory floorOperating forklifts and other machinery as requiredMaintaining stock records and assisting with general warehouse dutiesAnswering occasional phone inquiries and providing basic customer serviceFollowing all workplace health and safety proceduresWhat We're Looking For:A strong work ethic and the ability to perform physically demanding tasksPrevious experience in a manufacturing or factory environmentForklift licence (preferred, but not the main focus of the role)A team player with good communication skillsBasic computer literacy skillsThe ability to take initiative and work independently when neededCommitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvementA pre‐employment medical and/or fitness‐for‐work assessment may be required prior to commencement.This is a great opportunity to join a well‐established Australian company with a strong team culture.
