Location: Dandenong South, VICEmployment Type: Full TimeWe are looking for an experienced and reliable Warehouse Storeperson to join our team in Dandenong South.This is a hands-on warehouse role with a strong focus on inbound, stock accuracy, replenishment and inventory management, while also supporting general warehouse operations when required.We're looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, notices when something isn't right and is comfortable investigating and resolving stock issues rather than simply moving on to the next task.Key ResponsibilitiesReceiving, checking and processing inbound stockPutaways and stock replenishmentMaintaining accurate stock locations and quantitiesAssisting with stock counts, cycle counts and inventory investigationsIdentifying and resolving stock discrepanciesHigh reach and gas counterbalance forklift operationMonitoring and maintaining organised stock locationsPicking and preparing customer orders when requiredSupporting stocktake and general inventory control activitiesMaintaining warehouse organisation and housekeeping standardsFollowing workplace safety procedures and contributing to a secure work environmentSupporting the wider warehouse team across daily operationsAbout YouPrevious warehouse experience is essentialMinimum 2 years' experience operating:High Reach ForkliftsGas Counterbalance ForkliftsCurrent forklift licenceCurrent Driver's Licence and reliable transportGood understanding of inbound warehousing, stock control and inventory processesStrong attention to detail and accuracyConfident using warehouse systems and basic computer applicationsGood organisational and problem-solving skillsPhysically capable of comfortably lifting up to 20kgPositive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute ideasFlexible with occasional changes to start and finish times to support operational requirementsStrong focus on workplace safety and maintaining standardsWhat We're Looking ForThis role would suit an experienced warehouse operator who enjoys the inventory and stock control side of warehousing and wants more responsibility than a traditional picking role.You don't need to have been an Inventory Controller, but you should be someone who takes pride in stock accuracy, keeps things organised and is comfortable investigating discrepancies and helping improve warehouse processes.If you're dependable, detail-focused and looking for a hands-on warehouse role with greater involvement in inventory and stock control, we'd like to hear from you.
