With over 80% of our work coming from repeat clients, we focus on building relationships, not just projects.The OpportunityWe are seeking 2 x experienced and motivated Labourers / Leading Hands to join our passionate team on our commercial construction projects.These are full-time positions, with one role based at our Avalon project and the other at our Bella Vista project.We are looking for reliable, hardworking individuals who take pride in their work and want to be part of a team delivering high-quality commercial projects.About the RoleAs a Labourer / Leading Hand, you will play an important role in supporting the smooth delivery of our projects.
You'll work closely with our Site Managers, Foreman's and wider construction team to ensure the site is safe,



organised and progressing efficiently.Your responsibilities will include:General labouring and hands-on construction duties across commercial building projectsAssisting trades and subcontractors as requiredMaintaining a clean, organised and safe work environmentAssisting with site set-up, deliveries and general site maintenanceSupporting the Site Manager and Site Foreman with day-to-day site activitiesEnsuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standardIdentifying and communicating site issues or hazardsAbout YouWe're looking for someone who:Has previous experience working on commercial construction sitesIs reliable, punctual and takes pride in their workHas a strong work ethic and positive attitudeWorks well as part of a teamHas a valuable understanding of construction site safetyCan follow instructions and work independently when requiredTakes initiative and is willing to go the extra mile to get the job doneHas excellent attention to detail and a commitment to qualityHas experience in a Leading Hand capacity, or is ready to take the next step in their construction careerWhy Join SHEETH?
