We're seeking a proactive and customer-focused Sales Support Administrator to join our Gliderol team in Pinkenba.
This role acts as a vital link between our customers and sales team, ensuring enquiries, orders and claims are managed accurately and efficiently.Working within a collaborative team environment, you'll play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service while supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of our sales function.What you will doProcessing customer orders, credits, warranty claims and damage claimsProviding customer support via phone, email and online channelsAssisting with product troubleshooting and spare parts enquiriesManaging account administration and customer recordsWhat we requirePrevious experience in customer service, sales support or administrationStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent attention to detail and organisationProven problem-solving skills and customer focused approachAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentConfidence in using business systems and customer service softwarePositive attitude and wiliness to learn and grow with the roleWhat we preferExposure to CRM, ERP, order processing,
