Marnong Estate is seeking a creative, organised, and enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to support the delivery of marketing, communications, content, and promotional activity across the growing estate.
Working closely with the Brand & Communications Manager, you will assist in executing marketing campaigns, managing social media content, supporting digital communications, coordinating promotional materials, and helping showcase the unique experiences Marnong Estate has to offer.
This is an excellent chance for a graduate or early-career marketing professional looking to gain hands‐on experience across hospitality, tourism, events, accommodation, and lifestyle marketing.Key responsibilitiesAssist with the delivery of marketing campaigns, promotions, and seasonal activationsCoordinate and schedule social media content across various platformsCreate engaging written, photographic, and video contentAssist with email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and customer communicationsUpdate website content, event listings, promotions, and imagerySupport the creation and coordination of marketing collateral including menus, brochures, signage, and digital assetsCapture content at events, weddings, dining experiences, and estate activationsAssist with campaign reporting and performance trackingMaintain content calendars, marketing records,
