In this customer-facing role, you'll work directly with pet owners, veterinarians, and stakeholders to ensure claims are processed accurately, efficiently, and with compassion.
From lodgement to closure, you'll be part of a team that makes a real difference for people and their pets when they need it most.Assessing, processing, and managing pet insurance claims in line with policies and guidelinesReviewing veterinary reports and invoices to determine eligibility and coverageCommunicating empathetically with pet owners, keeping them informed and supported throughout the claims processLiaising with veterinarians and clinics to gather essential informationIdentifying and reporting potential fraudulent activityMaintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with policies, procedures,



and regulationsContributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the claims teamAbout you...Experience in insurance claims or financial servicesStrong understanding of veterinary medical terminology, procedures, and diagnosesExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to show empathy and build rapportHigh attention to detail and solid analytical skillsAbility to prioritise tasks and manage competing deadlinesConfidence using data entry systems and office applicationsNegotiation and investigative skills, particularly with customers and service providersWhy Join Us?
