You'll work closely with our team to deliver compelling visuals for a diverse range of clients, taking projects from initial conceptthrough to polished final delivery, all while making clients and their audiences feel confident, comfortable, and camera-ready.This is a hands-on, end-to-end role for someone who loves the full creative process, from dreaming up the concept to nailing the final export.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, film, and edit video content across social and digital platforms for a range of clientsDeveloping and implementing content strategies to support marketing campaigns and business objectives.Creating video, photographic and multimedia content for social media, websites and other digital marketing platforms.Manage shoots end-to-end, including camera, lighting, and audio equipment setupOwn the full post-production workflow, including editing, colour grading, audio, andexportingDirect talent on camera,



creating a comfortable and confident environment for clientsand subjectsCollaborate with the team and clients to turn ideas into engaging visual storiesManage multiple client projects concurrently, meeting deadlines in a fast-pacedenvironmentResponsibilities may evolve as the company grows.Skill & ExperienceMinimum 4 years' experience working across a variety of clients and industriesA strong portfolio showcasing creative storytelling and technical skillExpert post-production skills, with the ability to own the full workflow from editing through to final exportHands-on experience with qualified camera, lighting, and audio equipment, with theability to manage shoots end-to-endStrong people skills, with the ability to make anyone feel comfortable and confident oncameraCreative thinking, with the ability to develop concepts aligned to brand direction and campaign goalsStrong collaboration skills, working effectively with internal teams and clientsStrong time management, with the ability to deliver to deadlines in a fast-paced, multi-client environmentExperience with Asana or similar project management toolsA tech-savvy, highly organised approach to workflow
