What you'll be doing:
Key duties and tasks will include, but will not be restricted or limited to:
Passenger check-in with attention to detail and efficiencyDeliver exceptional customer service throughout interactionsValidate passports and other essential travel documents accuratelyTag baggage, arrange seating, and issue boarding passes proficientlyEnsure strict compliance with safety and security protocols
What we need from you
Ability to work 7-day rotational roster shifts - Monday to Sunday, 4 am to 11pm (essential).
Full working rights (essential).
Applicants will be required to undergo a Police check, Airport security check and pre-employment medical as part of the standard conditions of employment (essential).




Proficient in computer and typing skills for efficient operation.Skilled and courteous communication, both verbal and writtenHigh attention to detail with excellent organisational abilitiesPositive attitude and ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced setting.Strong teamwork skills and commitment to maintaining high standards.
