We are looking for a Client Relationship Manager to own the relationship between VECA and the GP vets who refer to us.This is a road role.
You will be out visiting clinics across Sydney, building real relationships with practice owners, vets, nurses and reception teams, and making sure VECA is who they think of when a case needs emergency or specialist care.The roleVisit GP clinics across Greater Sydney on a structured rotationReactivate lapsed referrers and open new onesRun CE evenings,



lunch and learns and hospital toursRepresent VECA at conferences and industry eventsFollow up referral cases so referring vets feel looked afterTrack and report on referral volume by clinicAbout youVeterinary industry experience.
Nurse, practice manager, vet, or veterinary salesOwn reliable car and full NSW driver licenceComfortable with outreach through every channel including cold visitsConfident, warm and organisedAvailable for occasional after hours CE eventsWhy VECAPart time to start, (2 to 3) days, explicit path to full time as the territory growsBase plus vehicle allowance plus performance bonus tied to referral growthDirect access to the directors.
