In this role, you will guide prospective buyers through the exciting journey of building their dream home, from initial inquiry through to handover of the completed home.
You'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while achieving sales targets.Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with prospective buyers and understand their needs, lifestyle, and budgetPresent and promote home designs, house-and-land packages, and upgrade optionsConduct display home tours and provide detailed product knowledgeManage leads, follow-ups, and customer relationshipsPrepare and present sales proposals and contractsLiaise with internal teams (estimating, drafting,
