You will play a key role in maintaining high standards, mentoring team members, and ensuring efficient workflow.Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and repair mechanical faults across a variety of vehiclesExperience working on mixed fleet vehicles including passenger cars, light commercial vehicles, and heavy vehicles is essentialCarry out engine swaps and transmission replacementsPerform logbook servicing to manufacturer standardsComplete brake, suspension,



and general mechanical repairsMaintain a clean, safe, and organised workshopEnsure jobs are completed efficiently and to a high standardAbout YouTrade-qualified mechanic (essential)Certificate IV Automotive qualification is requiredMinimum 4-5 years post-apprenticeship experienceStrong diagnostic and problem-solving skillsProven experience with engine and transmission workAbility to work independently and lead a teamHigh attention to detail and pride in quality workmanshipReliable, punctual, and professionalPrevious work on performance cars is required but not essentialAustralian citizenship is required for this position
