This hands-on position is responsible for ensuring the efficient flow of materials across our hybrid and EV production lines, maintaining inventory accuracy, preparing battery components for production, and contributing to the ongoing success of our operations.Working closely with our production, engineering and operations teams, you'll help deliver high-quality battery solutions while contributing to a safer, more efficient and sustainable future.What You'll Be DoingYou'll be responsible for supporting warehouse and production activities, including:Receiving, inspecting and dispatching incoming and outgoing deliveriesCoordinating material put-away, inventory control and picking activities to support production schedulesPreparing hybrid battery kits and maintaining production stock levelsDisassembling, cleaning and preparing hybrid battery components for remanufacturingAssisting with the production of key battery products to ensure inventory targets are achievedSupporting warehouse organisation and maintaining accurate inventory recordsAssisting with production planning, documentation,



work instructions and equipment maintenance activitiesIdentifying opportunities for process improvements and contributing to continuous improvement initiativesMaintaining a safe, clean and organised warehouse and production environmentWhat We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who enjoys practical, hands-on work and takes pride in being organised, reliable and safety focused.
You'll ideally have:Previous experience in warehousing, stores, production, manufacturing, automotive or similar environmentsA current Forklift Licence, with reach truck experience highly regardedExperience with inventory management, picking and packing, or warehouse operationsConfidence using power tools and general workshop equipmentStrong organisational skills with excellent attention to detailA proactive, self-motivated attitude and willingness to support different areas of the businessGood communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a teamA commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvementExperience working with hybrid or EV batteries, automotive production or technical assembly will be highly regarded, not essentialA diploma, trade qualification or similar technical qualification is advantageous but not essentialWhy Join Infinitev?
