Capricorn Bulk Haulage is seeking an experienced Transport Allocator / Operations Coordinator to join our team based in Mackay.This is a hands on operational role responsible for coordinating the day to day movement of our fleet, managing driver allocations and supporting our transport operations across Mackay and surrounding areas.We're looking for someone with solid road transport experience who can think on their feet, communicate well with drivers and customers, and keep operations moving safely and efficiently.The RoleYour day to day responsibilities will include:Coordinating and allocating company trucksMonitoring transport movements and responding to operational changesCommunicating with drivers, customers, sites and managementAssisting with fatigue, mass and maintenance compliance requirementsMaintaining accurate operational and compliance recordsSupporting safety and continuous improvement across operationsEnsuring customer requirements and service expectations are metTroubleshooting delays, breakdowns and other operational issuesAttending other CBH sites when requiredYou'll need to be comfortable prioritising your workload,
