We are committed to creating a strong child-safe culture where the safety, wellbeing and rights of children are paramount.About the roleLead and support educators within the roomBuild warm, respectful and responsive relationships with children and familiesPlan and implement meaningful, play-based learning experiencesSupport children's individual learning, development and emotional wellbeingContribute to observations, documentation and educational programmingSupport the implementation of the EYLF and National Quality FrameworkMaintain high standards of supervision, health, safety and wellbeingUnderstand and uphold child protection and mandatory reporting responsibilitiesActively support and embed the Child Safe Standards in everyday practiceMaintain appropriate professional boundaries and uphold the rights of every childWork collaboratively with the Centre Director, Educational Leader and wider teamContribute to the continuous improvement of the serviceAbout youDiploma of Early Childhood Education and Care,
