About You
As our new Assistant Centre Manager you will:
Leadwith passion to deliver high-quality care through strong leadership and teamworkFoster a nurturing environment that promotes children's independence and growthShowcase strong organisation, communication, and relationship-building skillsInspire your team to cultivate excellence in early education.Build robust connections with families and the community.
What You'll Bring:




Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or an ACECQA-approved equivalent)Maintain a current Working with Children CheckPossess Australian Working RightPresent yourself in a professional and warm mannerEngage with families and the local community with confidence and curiosityContribute to a team-first attitude and a positive environmentAvailability to work Monday to FridayTwo professional references are required, including one from a manager or supervisor in a childcare or education setting
