We offer competitive remuneration packages, development opportunities and you'll get to work with an industry leader within the Transport & Logistics Industry.Responsibilities and dutiesReporting to the Refrigeration Warehouse Supervisor, the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the required capabilities in the following areas:Liaise with customers and Fleet Controllers to monitor the arrival of freight into the VICDepot.Plan and communicate in the event of late arrivals.Ensure efficiency is maintained by accessing information available on SAP.Labelling of inwards / outwards goodsContinual monitoring and analysis of data to ensure the integrity of the system.Accurate completion of all required reports within allocated timeframesA LF forklift licensewould be advantageousDesired Skills and ExperienceThe successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:Demonstrated experience in a similar roleCertificate IV – Business Administration or Transport & Logistics or equivalentTransport industry working knowledgePrevious experience & knowledge of warehouse and rail transport industriesExperience using SAPExperience in a freight scanning environmentOther important informationThis position in on Day Shift.
Contractual hours are 7:00am-3:00pm with overtime.
