The Projects: n

Projects range across various residential capital and compliance upgrade projects such as façade upgrades , structural upgrades , roof upgrades , restoration upgrades , acquisition upgrades , fire safety upgrades , stormwater upgrades , demolition projects etc.

Project values likewise range depending project scope e.g. from less than $100K and can go up to $3million or over . Project managers will be managing multiple projects concurrently.

Requirements: n





Previous NSW Government experience, experience with residential capital and compliance upgrade projects as listed above

n Required for this role white card / drivers license Housing Portfolio field staff are currently required to hold a valid White Card due to potential access to construction and maintenance sites.
n To ensure a consistent approach to safety and compliance with Work Health and Safety (WHS) requirements, this requirement will now extend to contingent field staff who undertake similar field-based activities.
n Valid Drivers License and Willingness to travel when required
