Silk Logistics is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Landside Logistics team in Yennora, NSW. This permanent full time role runs Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm, delivering exceptional service to our growing customer base.

You will liaise with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve transport issues, maintain accurate system records, and identify improvements to efficiency and service while complying with company policies and safety requirements.
