Responsibilities n

Collaborate with Sales Teams and Managers to achieve targets.

Present finance and insurance options to guests in a competitive environment.

n

Maintain a guest-focused attitude throughout the sales process.

n

Work closely with Business Managers to uphold our philosophy of providing excellent service.

n

Provide extensive training and ongoing support to enhance skills and knowledge.

n

Availability to work weekends as part of the role.

Skills & Experience n





Previous experience as a Business Manager in the automotive industry or similar experience in the banking sector.

n

Fast-paced with attention to detail and a solid numerical aptitude.

n

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

n

Guest-focused attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

n

Confidence in presenting financial and insurance figures.
