Lead From the Front.The RoleDue to continued project growth, we're looking for Fencers and experienced Construction Labourers to join our Melbourne team.You'll work within a crew of 2–3 team members across commercial and industrial projects throughout greater Melbourne, installing security fencing, gates and associated systems.This is a hands-on role working across active construction sites, with consistent full-time hours and ongoing work available.We're looking for people who are reliable, take pride in their work and want the opportunity to develop their skills and progress within the business.What You'll Be DoingInstalling commercial and industrial fencing systems and gatesSetting out and measuring fence linesWorking within a small crew to complete projects safely and efficientlyOperating hand and power toolsLoading,



unloading and moving materials and equipmentFollowing plans, site requirements and direction from supervisorsMaintaining a clean and organised work areaMaintaining a high standard of safety and workmanshipWhat We're Looking ForWe're particularly interested in applicants with recent, relevant experience in fencing, construction, carpentry or another hands-on trade.Fencing experience is highly regarded; however, if you have solid construction experience, are comfortable working on active sites and are willing to learn, we'd still like to hear from you.You'll need:Recent construction, fencing or trade experienceConstruction White CardCurrent driver's licenceReliable transportConfidence using hand and power toolsAbility to perform the physical requirements of the roleReliability and punctualityAbility to work well as part of a crewStrong approach to safety and qualityExperience installing chainwire, palisade, Colorbond, timber fencing, gates or other security fencing systems will be highly regarded.What We OfferConsistent full-time hoursOvertime opportunitiesOngoing work across commercial and industrial projectsOpportunities for progression based on performance and capabilityAs AH Fencing continues to expand across Australia, there will be opportunities for the right people to step up, take on more and progress within the business.
