Quality work.The RoleYou'll work across our bathroom renovation projects carrying out:Bathroom framing and carpentryWall straightening and preparationDoor jambs, architraves and skirtingSheeting and preparation for waterproofing/tilingFit-off carpentryInstallation of bathroom accessories and cabinetryGeneral renovation carpentryProblem solving and rectification workRequirementsMinimum 5 years of experienceCert III Carpentry qualificationManual driver's licenseAbility to work independently, efficiently, and meet project deadlinesHigh level communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively as part of a team, exhibiting a solid team player mentalityOwn set of toolsWillingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and industry trendsSmall Plastering/ Tiling skills are an advantageWhat We OfferFull-time employmentCompetitive hourly rate based on experienceConsistent renovation workMonday–Friday workNewcastle & Hunter-based projectsVariety of work across multiple renovationsSupport from dedicated site supervisors and project staffOpportunities to growA business investing heavily in systems, people and long-term growth
