Job Description
Pullman & Mercure Melbourne Albert Park is seeking a Pastry Commis Chef to join our vibrant kitchen team on a part-time basis.
You will assist with pastry prep across breakfast, lunch, dinner, and banqueting, delivering creative desserts for a high-volume hotel.
Reporting to the Executive Chef, you will maintain HACCP standards, support stock control, and adapt to special guest requests.
Experience in a quick-paced environment and a Food Safety Certificate are essential.
