Join a small team that keeps WA's poultry industry movingNot every operations role is stuck behind a desk.At Nufeeds, we're looking for an organised, hands-on Operations Coordinator to become a key part of our small team in Welshpool.One minute you'll be coordinating truck movements and checking deliveries, the next you'll be managing production paperwork, helping keep schedules on track, and ensuring the right product gets to the right customer at the right time.If you're someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in accuracy, and likes being the person who keeps things running smoothly, we'd love to hear from you.What you'll be doingManaging our weighbridge operations and truck movementsRecording and verifying incoming and outgoing product weightsCoordinating material flow between production, storage and dispatchGenerating batch tickets, delivery paperwork and production recordsWorking closely with the manufacturing team to keep production schedules on trackIdentifying and resolving discrepancies before they become problemsSupporting inventory, warehouse and dispatch activitiesMaintaining high standards of safety,



quality and organisationWhat we're looking forForklift Licence (required)Robust attention to detail and accuracyComfortable using computers and completing documentationGood communication skills and confidence dealing with drivers, suppliers and production staffAbility to work independently and make sensible decisionsExperience in manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, transport, grain, feed, or production environments is highly regardedPositive attitude and willingness to learnWe'll provide full training to the right person.Why join Nufeeds?
