This includes:Building safe, consistent, and trusting relationshipsSupporting daily routines, community access, and life skillsImplementing positive behaviour support and de-escalation strategies during periods of distress, including aggression or sexualised conductWorking collaboratively within a therapeutic care teamParticipating in rotating shifts, including days, supports, awakes, weekends and sleepoversWhat You'll BringExperience supporting young people with trauma, high needs, or challenging behavioursStrong understanding of trauma-informed, strengths-based, and neuro-affirming practiceDemonstrated ability to remain calm and effective in crisis situationsConfidence with documentation, communication,
