You'll help ensure every customer experience is smooth, effective and positive, while working closely with colleagues across the business to deliver exceptional service.What You'll Be DoingYour responsibilities will include:Processing fuel card requests, including ordering and delivery coordinationManaging inbox and responding to customer enquiriesUpdating vehicle registration informationPerforming account reconciliations and data maintenanceDelivering exceptional customer service while managing inbound and outbound callsWorking collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless customer outcomesAbout YouWe're looking for someone who is organised, proactive and enjoys building positive relationships.You'll thrive in this role if you:Have previous administration or customer service experience, ideally within leasing, salary packaging, leasing or financial servicesAre confident communicating with customers by phone and emailCan manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracyHave strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skillsEmbrace accountability and take pride in delivering great outcomesEnjoy working as part of a supportive and collaborative teamBring curiosity, initiative and a willingness to learn and improve
