Junee District Hospital is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join its Emergency Department and Acute team on a 12-week contract basis, starting as soon as possible.
This is an in-charge role that will draw on your clinical expertise across emergency, acute, and medical-surgical settings.
You'll be stepping into a position that values experienced practitioners who can lead a busy department with confidence and clinical judgment.
12-week contract role with an immediate start in a regional NSW hospital
In-charge responsibility in a high-acuity ED and acute workplace
Opportunity to lead triage and clinical decision-making in a supportive team setting
Preferred Requirements
Current Registered Nurse registration with AHPRA
Demonstrated experience in emergency department, acute care,



medical-surgical, or aged care nursing
Proven in-charge experience and the ability to lead a clinical team
Solid triage assessment skills and experience managing patient flow in busy settings
Strong clinical communication and the capacity to work autonomously in a regional hospital environment
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification
Current Advanced Life Support (ALS) or equivalent certification
Post-graduate qualification or demonstrated ongoing professional development in emergency or acute care nursing
