You'll provide practical and innovative facility planning while overseeing built assets, operational maintenance and competing priorities across a diverse network of sites.
Key responsibilities
You'll manage maintenance services and facility projects within budget, respond to changing site needs and support-built assets across other Statewide Clinical Support Services agencies as required.
Building strong relationships will be central to your success as you coordinate with service providers, contractors, clinical teams and government stakeholders to deliver effective asset solutions.
Manage facilities, budgets, contracts and maintenance projects.
Lead change, solve complex issues and manage competing priorities.
What you need
To be successful in this role, you will bring solid asset management expertise, sound judgement and a collaborative approach to delivering effective facilities services.
Bring extensive asset management experience in complex health settings.
