The role balances leadership/operations (~70%) with hands-on technical support (~30%), ensuring deployments, support, and escalations are efficiently managed across regions.
The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in field service or related roles, at least 2 years in people management, and robust communication and problem-solving skills.
Travel internationally is required.
