Konekt is seeking a Rehabilitation Consultant to support people facing injury, illness, mental health or psychosocial barriers in the Sydney Metro region.
You will deliver one-on-one rehabilitation and vocational support, develop tailored plans, and help clients move toward employment and well-being goals.
You will work with a multidisciplinary team, conduct assessments, run workshops, and build relationships with employers and healthcare partners to achieve meaningful outcomes.
