The successful candidate will take ownership of a varied client portfolio, providing a full range of accounting, tax, and advisory services while mentoring and supporting more junior members of the team.

What is the day-to-day of the role:
Manage a portfolio of clients across a range of sectors, acting as the primary point of contact
Review and finalise statutory accounts, management accounts,



and tax computations
Provide proactive business advisory support to clients, identifying opportunities for added value
Supervise, mentor, and develop junior members of the team
Liaise with partners on billing, WIP management, and client service delivery
Required Skills and Qualifications:
ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with proven experience at Manager level within practice
Previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
Strong technical accounting and tax knowledge, with up to date UK GAAP/IFRS awareness
Excellent client relationship management and communication skills
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team
