Job Description
Opal HealthCare is seeking a creative and compassionate Wellbeing Manager to lead the Meaningful Life program at Kardinia Parkside Care Community in Geelong.
This permanent full time role runs Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, with a competitive hourly rate and superannuation.
You will design resident engagement plans, mentor the care team, and work with clinical staff to enhance mobility, independence and overall quality of life for residents.
