COS is seeking a Leading Hand - Inventory PM to support the Team Manager by leading daily inventory control activities at the Distribution Centre. You will drive stock accuracy, manage cycle counts and investigations, and ensure timely resolution of stock discrepancies.
You will lead, coach and develop a team, promoting safety, accuracy and accountability while upholding procedures and documentation. A robust focus on stock movement, replenishment and continuous improvement is essential.
