Challenge Community Services – Armidale NSW is seeking compassionate Support Workers to assist clients with high support needs in Accommodation Services. The role involves personal care, daily living support, and promoting autonomy within shared living settings.

We offer SCHAD’s Award Level 2 pay rates with base rates from $36.22–$39.53 per hour or casual rates $45.28-$49.41, plus salary packaging and ongoing training. Adaptable roster with sleepovers and opportunities for additional leave.
