We operate 13 facilities across 10 cities, employ over 4,000 people, produce over 47 million meals, and service more than 250,000 flights annually.About the RoleAs an Equipment & Wash Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations across dishwash, bulk equipment, dry store, and bar packing areas, ensuring all airline equipment and flight sets are prepared accurately and on schedule.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily operations across equipment, wash, and packing areasEnsure all flight equipment is packed accurately to plans and ready on timeMonitor stock levels, minimise waste, and maintain inventory accuracyAllocate labour and support team productivity across shiftsLead, coach, and communicate with team members to drive performanceEnsure compliance with HACCP, WHS, and safety standardsManage daily operational challenges such as schedule changes and shortagesSupport stocktakes, reporting, and KPI performanceAbout YouAvailable to work across a rotating 7-day roster,
