Salary $72,****** to $84,****** p/a + super38 hour working week/ 9 day fortnightNovated Lease options availableAbout Ku-ring-gai CouncilLocated 16 km's north of the Sydney CBD, the Ku-ring-gai area covers 84km2, is home to 124,000 residents and set in one of New South Wales' most attractive natural environments.About the roleCouncil is seeking a dedicated and reliable Painter to join our team, helping to maintain Council's buildings, facilities and community assets to a high standardYour duties will include, but are not limited to:Undertake painting, graffiti removal, signwriting and line marking on Council assets.Coordinate and complete painting works across Council facilities and community assets.Prepare surfaces, mix and apply paint and coatings using appropriate equipment and techniques.Construct and dismantle scaffolding as required.Order and manage materials required for painting works.Provide quotes and maintain accurate records of painting work and associated costs.Complete work orders, asset inspections and required documentation accurately and within required timeframes.Operate and maintain plant,
