About $47–$51/hr + SuperPermanent full-timeMonday–Friday | Dayshift 5:00am–2:00pm9-day fortnight(5 days one week, 4 days the next – every second Monday RDO)This role around 60% leading / 40% hands‐onLead a small team of around 5 peopleCareer Progression:Prospect to move towards a 90% leading / 10% hands‐on role over the next few years, with greater inventory & maintenance management responsibility.You will do:Team Leadership: Lead around 5 people across maintenance and production.Workshop:



Allocate jobs and coordinate daily workshop activities.Maintenance: Repair and maintain equipment, including injection moulding machines.Troubleshooting: Handle mechanical issues and basic PLC fault‐finding.Improvement: Help transition maintenance systems from paper to digital and bring outsourced work in‐house.You have:Previous Leading Hand or Supervisory experience(We have multiple similar opportunities available across Melbourne.
