with the opportunity to learn from experienced industry professionals in a supportive and collaborative workplace.Key responsibilitiesProspecting and developing new business opportunitiesBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with vendors, buyers and prospective clientsAssisting with property appraisals and preparing market feedbackConducting buyer inspections, private appointments and open-for-inspectionsFollowing up buyers and maintaining an active databaseAssisting with the preparation and execution of residential sales campaignsCoordinating campaign activity with vendors, buyers, photographers, stylists and other suppliersProviding regular and professional communication to vendors throughout campaignsQualifying buyers and identifying genuine purchasing opportunitiesAssisting with negotiations and facilitating successful sales outcomes
