This is a key role responsible for shaping the guest journey before they even arrive.About the RoleAs a Reservations Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, managing bookings across our restaurants, wine terrace, and cellar door.
You will play an essential role in delivering a seamless and personalized experience from enquiry through to arrival.Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to phone and email enquiries with professionalism and warmthMaximize bookings while maintaining the integrity of service standardsCommunicate guest preferences and special requests to the floor teamsCoordinate daily menu changes and printing with kitchen and front of house leadersSupport event and group bookings coordinationMaintain accurate guest profiles and database recordsAssist with reporting and daily booking summariesWhat We're Looking ForPrevious experience in reservations, front office, or hospitality rolesExceptional communication skills (written and verbal)Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsConfident with booking systems and basic reporting toolsA calm and solutions-focused approach in a fast-paced environmentPassion for hospitality, food, and wineWork in a stunning oceanfront settingBe part of a passionate, high-performing teamOpportunities for growth and development across the estateStaff advantages including dining and wine experiencesOur CultureWe pride ourselves on delivering thoughtful, genuine hospitality.
