Job Description

The TheirCare OSHC Coordinator will lead a standalone service, delivering before and after school care and holiday programs for local families. You will design engaging activities for ages 5–12, represent TheirCare in the school community, and mentor your team to build skills and qualified growth.

You will also oversee compliance and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operation, with hours split across mornings and afternoons and weekly admin time.
