Our client is an established Australian security services provider delivering security solutions across a diverse commercial client portfolio. Due to continued growth, they are looking for an experienced Security Operations Manager to oversee their Mobile Patrols division.

About the Role

n

This is a hands‑on management position responsible for the performance and delivery of Mobile Patrol operations across Melbourne . You will oversee patrol officers, rostering, fleet and service delivery while managing key client relationships and driving operational efficiency.

$110k - $130k + Super (negotiable on experience)

Duties

Lead patrol officers, rostering and deployment
n
Oversee fleet, alarm response and service delivery
n
Manage client relationships and escalations
n
Monitor KPIs, labour utilisation and operational performance
n
Maintain compliance and service standards
n

n

Skills & Experience

n

n
Commercial security operations experience
n
Experience with TrackTik or similar patrol management systems
n
Robust rostering and workforce management experience
n
Solid client and team management skills
n
Commercially minded with a focus on operational performance
