About the role n
As Head Chef, you will be responsible for the overall management of the kitchen, delivering high-quality meals while maintaining consistency, efficiency, and solid team leadership.

Leading, mentoring, and developing the kitchen team
n
Designing and updating seasonal menus
n
Managing food costs, ordering, and stock control
n
Ensuring food safety and compliance with all regulations
n
Maintaining high standards of presentation and consistency
n
Working closely with venue management to drive food sales and customer satisfaction
n
About you n
The ideal candidate will have:
n
n
Proven experience as a Head Chef or a Sous Chef ready to take the next step
n
Strong leadership and team management skills
n
Solid understanding of food costing, GP targets, and stock management
n
Passion for quality pub food and modern casual dining
n
Ability to perform in a fast-paced setting
n
Relevant food safety certifications
n
n
If you are an experienced Sous Chef or Head Chef with a minimum 2 years experience, we'd love to hear from you.
