CHN Real Estate Group is seeking a motivated, professional and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our Property Management team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering excellent service to rental providers and renters.
You will work closely with our Property Managers and receive ongoing support from an experienced team.Key responsibilitiesConduct open-for-inspections and private appointmentsRespond promptly to rental enquiriesCoordinate inspection schedules and appointmentsProcess rental applications and complete reference checksCommunicate application updates to prospective rentersAssist with preparing properties for advertisingLiaise with rental providers, renters and Property ManagersConduct ingoing, outgoing and routine inspections as requiredPrepare condition reports and other leasing documentationArrange key collection and property handoversAbout youPrevious experience in real estate, property management,
